Earl Gardner

Earl was born as part of part of a military family on the British (Royal) Air Force base in Gibraltar, in Europe. Upon leaving school, Earl followed his father into the Royal Air Force and served for 10 years, before leaving and starting a career in medical sales. Earl worked for major medical companies such as Medtronic, Draegar and Valleylab (a part of the Pfizer group at that time). In 2001 Earl took up the offer of an intra-company transfer to move to the United States to take up the position as Sales and Marketing Director for North America.

In 2004, Earl set up his own national marketing company with a partner in Philadelphia, before moving with his family to Fort Myers in 2005. In 2017, Earl set up a second company (a real estate photography and videography company) with his son, Callum, which really what led him into the world of real estate in a big way. Later in 2017, Earl got his real estate sales license, and has partnered with Callum to mainly focus on working with sellers. Earl’s marketing and photography background have proved to be invaluable in real estate sales.

Earl and Callum joined LISTED Realty in 2019 because they loved the idea of being able to offer OUTSTANDING value, as well as an outstanding service, which would be much harder to do when working with a percentage based broker.

Earl is married to Rosemary, and has two grown up children – Danielle & Callum. Earl is also a grandfather to Noah, his one year old grandson.
